Palfinger Sany Cranes LLC company has signed the service agreement with Tyumen Expert Centre LLC for technical support of operation of the PALFINGER SANY equipment in the territory of the Ural Federal District of Russia and Siberia.
Tyumen Expert Centre LLC is an official partner of producers and provides services in installation, repair and maintenance of the Russian and import load-lifting, construction and special equipment, and also installation, servicing and repair of devices of safety of hazardous production facilities and has a number of advantages - own production base, laboratories, qualified, experienced personnel and the necessary equipment. It allows the company to carry out complex installations, repairs and settings of the equipment not only to Tyumen, but also on construction objects of the Ural region and Siberia.
Representatives of technical department of Palfinger Sany Cranes LLC together with specialists of mobile service of Tyumen Expert Centre LLC visited the customer to Tobolsk for implementation of the procedure of commissioning of the new PALFINGER SANY QY50C truck crane. ALso there was executed check of one of several KC-5573A-2 truck cranes working to Tobolsk with the crane PALFINGER SANY SPC250 super structure on the chassis KAMAZ 43118 and a training with his operator. The customer got acquainted with representatives of our service partner.
Thanks to the established relations with the new service partner, it will be easier for customers to organize and carry out routine maintenance, and our company to perform technical support of operation of the Tobolsk group of the PALFINGER SANY equipment which will be considerably added up with PALFINGER SANY STC250-5 truck cranes til spring next year.
